‘Jumanji house!’ The inside of this beautiful home for sale in NY is … surprising
The interior of a beautiful, custom-built home on the real estate market in Batavia, New York, for $3.5 million is turning heads on a popular social media page — and not because of its hardwood charm.
Decorations covering almost every surface of the three-bedroom, six-bathroom home consist of, well, dead animals. Strictly in a taxidermy trophy sort of way.
We’re talking lions and tigers and … rhinos?
Based on the photos of the home on Zillow.com, the residence looks like a jungle complete with sharks, turkeys, bears and so much more. Could some be real — store bought or other — or just a decor style?
Who knows.
Of course, there are other features in and around the spacious house, including:
Gourmet kitchen
Heated driveway
Heated floors
Gas fireplace
Bar
Patio
Swimming pool
Outdoor kitchen
Wood pizza oven
Fire pit
The house managed to find its way onto Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook page that showcases unique homes for sale all around the globe, and folks were either shocked or delighted based on the comment section.
“Oop! Nope, this time I had a solid theory from the sidewalk view,” one person joked.
“I love every inch of this property!” another gushed.
“Yikes on the home, but I love that garage!!” someone noted.
“Omg, what a jungle, beautiful house,” one person commented.
“It’s the Jumanji house!” someone said.
Batavia is about 40 miles east from Buffalo.
