Country music star Morgan Wallen was arrested on felony charges following an incident at a bar on the famous Broadway Street in Nashville, Tennessee, according to police and news reports.

The musician is accused of throwing a chair off the sixth-story rooftop at Chief’s on Broadway around 10:50 p.m. Sunday, April 7, according to arrest documents obtained by WKRN. The chair landed on the ground about three feet away from two police officers.

Video showed Wallen “lunging and throwing an object over the roof,” WTVF reported, citing the arrest report. Witnesses said the singer laughed following the incident.

Wallen, 30, was arrested just after 12:30 a.m. Monday, April 8, according to WSMV. He was charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct.

Chief’s is owned by fellow country musician Eric Church and celebrated its grand opening over the weekend, country music website Whiskey Riff reported.

Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, confirmed Wallen’s arrest and said in a statement to WTVF the singer is “cooperating fully with authorities.”

He was reportedly released from a Nashville jail on a $15,250 bond early Monday.
