Two 18-year-old Texas women died after they were involved in a five-vehicle crash in Oklahoma, according to officials and reports.

Brinlee Farris and Hannah Zebreski were on their way to preview Urshan University in Missouri on April 3, according to a Facebook post by the Bible college.

While traveling through Atoka County, Oklahoma, the two women, and a third 16-year-old passenger, were involved in a five-vehicle pileup, according to KTUL.

The three were in a Jeep Compass when the vehicle hydroplaned and they were hit by a Subaru Outback, KOCO reported. A third vehicle then hit the Subaru, and two more vehicles were involved in the crash, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the news outlet reported.

“Though Brinlee and Hannah were not students at Urshan University, we looked forward to connecting with them this week,” the post from Urshan University said.

Others took to social media to share tributes to Farris and Zebreski.

“Brinlee was much loved by everyone at VLC and a light to all that knew her,” a Facebook post by Victory Life Church said.

“Our beloved Brinlee has left us too soon. She touched the lives of so many with her laughter, kindness, and unwavering love for Christ, her family, and friends,” a GoFundMe page organized by the church said.

Moss Hill United Pentecostal Church posted on Facebook that it is heartbroken over Zebreski’s death and asked for prayers for her family.

“Such a sweet girl! We love her so much! Prayers for everyone,” one person commented on the church’s post.

“My heart is absolutely broken,” another said, calling Zebreski the “sweetest most loving person.”

The 16-year-old passenger and the driver of the Subaru were taken to a hospital and last listed in serious condition, KTUL reported.

Atoka is about a 140-mile drive southeast of Oklahoma City.
