Gambler bets 88 cents on slot machine, hits jackpot at Florida casino. ‘Unreal’
A lucky gambler walked away from a Florida casino with a big jackpot.
The visitor sat at a Jade Wind slot machine at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, the casino said in an Oct. 8 Facebook post.
The guest bet 88 cents, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.
The player won $84,758.24.
The winner had a remaining credit of $211.32 after hitting the jackpot.
More than 100 people commented on the casino’s Facebook post to share their thoughts.
“Awesome that it was a low bet, but how many low bets did it take before the win?” one person said.
“On .88 is crazy that’s an awesome return,” another person wrote.
“Wow unreal!!! what an awesome windfall! congratulations!!” another person said.
