Measure to stop I-77 tolls stalls

Critics of Interstate 77 tolls will have to wait longer for lawmakers to act on a bill that would effectively block the controversial project. Department of Transportation from participating in the tolling of I-77 between Exits 23 and 36. It’s unclear when the measure will come up. Jim Morrill
