Roy Cooper to speak Friday in Charlotte

Attorney General Roy Cooper, a Democratic candidate for governor, will speak to Charlotte’s Uptown Democratic Forum Friday.

Cooper will speak to the group at a noon luncheon at the Levine Museum of the New South, 200 E. Seventh St. Lunch is $10.

Cooper faces Durham businessman Ken Spaulding in the March 15 primary.
