Should the City Council limit the number of new parking garages in and near uptown to encourage the use of public transportation?
Yes Council should limit the no. Carparks because there will be less dependency on individual commuter cars in the future. cars
Describe your views on using public money to help build or improve private sports facilities or stadiums.
Generally ai do support economic development activities including sports particularly when they generate incomes to support themselves & other businesses while also supporting inclusion & accessibility for our citizens.As we are experiencing now, events like this pandemic has taught. us that unforeseen difficulties can take precedent over economic development opportunities.
Is there an area where you disagree with your party? Why?
Yes- I tend to be a moderate business & progressive Democrat. I disagree with Democrats that take positions on issues just to be important or to protect their own wealth.
What separates you from your primary opponents?
My substantial civic experience on CMPC where I have been involved in making policy as well as making concrete decisions regarding the physical make up of our city.
What one professional or political accomplishment are you most proud of?
Being Inducted into the “Order of the Hornet” in 2020 for meritorious public service.
