I support the proposal that best protects the public investment of 30m that was made, and has the highest possibility of long term success. The developer must have the ability to move quickly to meet the timeline of the master developer, and meets community needs as outline by various interest & community groups.
What’s the minimum and the maximum commitment Charlotte should give to the Carolina Panthers for stadium renovations?
Tepper Sports & Entertainment owners of the Carolina Panthers & Charlotte FC produces over 1.5 billion annually in economic impact. Our decsion to invest should be and the level of investment should be base on a wide variety of other factors.

What separates you from your opponent(s)?
My ability to lead the District as well as provide leadership for the entire city. My ability to get things done at all levels of government on behalf of the community. My strong grass roots support from neighborhood and community leaders. My leadership position on council as chairman of the Economic Development Committee, and past chairman of the Affortable Housing

Statewide Anti-Gang Legislation that I sponsored as a North Carolina State Senator.
