What are the most important issues facing Cornelius today, and how would you address them? We have to plan for our previous, current and future growth.
How would you ensure Cornelius’ growth doesn’t outpace its infrastructure? This is a key question and needs leadership to address. From road expansion to exits off I-77 - all the way to public use parks and recreation - we need infrastructure to handle our current growth - let alone future growth.
Do you support implementing a local sales tax to fund transit improvements? Why or why not?
Undecided. A penny tax doesn’t seem like much, but the question is how many people will actually use the rail line?
Why should voters choose you over others who are in the race?
My business background, integrity, positivity, and life experiences will be of value. But being a husband, father, follower of Christ are who I am. I plan to bring that into what I do.
