What are the most important issues facing Concord today, and how would you address them? Infrastructure is Concord’s top issue because it impacts water and sewer capacity, roads, traffic, and growth. For years, growth has outpaced infrastructure, risking higher bills, longer commutes, and strained services. As a Council member, I’ll push for controlled growth, strengthen the tax base with commercial development, and invest in cost-effective solutions to modernize and expand systems—protecting quality of life while keeping Concord fiscally responsible.

How would you ensure Concord’s growth doesn’t outpace its infrastructure?

Commercial and industrial development is the best way to keep up with growth as it strengthens infrastructure by expanding the tax base and generating revenue for critical public projects. New businesses create jobs while boosting property and sales taxes, giving cities the resources to improve roads, water and sewer systems, electrical grids, and transportation—ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with growth.

Why should voters choose you over others who are in the race?

I am the most qualified candidate in this race. I’m the only one to serve on a city commission, and complete both Concord 101 and the Citizens Public Safety Academy. I’m endorsed by the retiring Councilman for my district, as well as Concord’s current and former Mayors. I own a small business with a dozen employees and hold several professional credentials.
