She beat odds of 1 in 2.95 million, according to the Millionaire Maker game page on NC Lottery.com.

Blackstock claimed her prize at lottery headquarters in Raleigh on Monday, officials said.

She could have taken her prize as a $50,000 annuity over 20 years or a $600,000 lump sum. She chose the lump sum and took home $427,509 after taxes, according to the lottery.

Blackstock didn’t tell officials what she plans to do with her big win. She couldn’t be reached by The Charlotte Observer on Tuesday.
