"The Flood Advisory will expire at 7 p.m. this evening for a portion of central North Carolina, including the following area, Randolph. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," states the NWS Raleigh NC.

The advisory is in effect until 7 p.m.
