Policy proposal exposes CMS flaw
In response to “Did CMS finally acknowledge a damaging story about its new superintendent?” (March 10 Our View):
This editorial presents a fundamental structural flaw of CMS. Why is this policy needed? Even board members do not know. Who authored it? Perhaps an anonymous “staffer”, but again, board members do not know. Important policies are decided in an opaque black box without input or oversight. We need transparency and full confidence in CMS.
