Caitlin Clark Catches Attention Before Fever Season Opener vs Dallas Wings

The Indiana Fever open their 2026 WNBA season against Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings on Saturday afternoon and Caitlin Clark is ready.

As the 2026 season sits just hours away, Clark entered Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday morning in style with a pair of jeans, slip-on shoes and crop top sweater. She topped off the outfit with a gingham jacket and subtle purse to tie it all together and give fans something to talk about.

“kitten heel cait,” one account said before another added, “Clark's got that gameday glow. Let's ride.”

Clark missed most of the 2025 season with injuries and admitted the isolation that comes along with not being able to compete.

“I put together a pretty incredible stretch of never missing a game,” Clark said. “The fact is when you’re a professional athlete, it’s going to come at some point. … It’s honestly taught me more than I probably ever learned over the course of my career. How to take care of your body. How to get right. How to stay healthy. And then just taking time for yourself.

“Being hurt is an incredibly isolating thing, and you don’t really understand it until you go through it.”

Clark battled a slight injury during the preseason, but appears ready to go. When the Fever released their injury report on Saturday morning, Clark’s name wasn’t on the list.

Indiana and Dallas tip off at 1 p.m. ET on ABC.
