Charlotte FC’s first match is 6 p.m. Saturday when the club plays DC United at Audi Field.

After a handful of friendlies and play in the Carolina Challenge Cup, we’ve projected Charlotte FC’s starting 11 for Saturday.

It’s worth noting that designated player and striker Karol Świderski will be a starter, but is likely to miss the season opener at DC United; he’s in Poland navigating visa issues.
