▪  Hornets guard Troy Daniels bounced back nicely Sunday after shooting 1-of-5 from 3-point range Saturday. Daniels made six of nine 3s Sunday for a team-high 21 points.

▪  Hornets guard-forward P.J. Hairston is really struggling in this summer league. Over his first two games he shot 7-of-27 from the field and 2-of-14 from 3-point range.

▪  Undrafted point guard Aaron Harrison said he’s made no plans to play in another summer league in Salt Lake City or Las Vegas. I’m sure he’ll be getting invitations from other teams.

▪  Frank Kaminsky seems to be a very confident dribbler, something you don’t often see from a 7-footer.

▪  The Hornets would like to play point guard Aaron Craft, but he’s limited by a toe injury that could cause him to miss the week.
