The NBA released 2015-16 schedules Wednesday for its 30 franchises. Here are five big home games for the Charlotte Hornets:

Nov. 1: Home opener versus the Southeast Division champion Atlanta Hawks, a team Hornets often struggle against.

Nov. 27: First appearance by LeBron James and the Eastern Conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers.

Dec. 2: One appearance this season by Charlottean and reigning NBA Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry and the champion Golden State Warriors.

Dec. 28: Los Angeles Lakers in town for what could be Kobe Bryant’s final game in Charlotte.

Jan. 18: The annual Martin Luther King Day matinee (2 p.m.) versus the Utah Jazz.
