Davidson’s graduation success rate ties for 2nd nationally
Davidson’s graduation success rate of 98 percent from 2007-2010 was the second highest in the country, according to NCAA statistics released this week.
The Wildcats finished behind only Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, Yale, Gonzaga and Loyola (Chicago), each of which posted a GSR of 99 percent. Davidson was tied for second with Princeton, Wofford, Belmont, Loyola (Md.), Colgate and Notre Dame.
Fourteen Wildcats teams -- men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s cross-country/track, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s swimming, men’s and women’s tennis, wrestling, field hockey, women’s lacrosse and volleyball -- finished with 100 percent rates.
The Charlotte 49ers had a GSR of 91 percent, with men’s golf, men’s and women’s tennis and volleyball posting 100 percent rates.
