CHAPEL HILL

In a historic NCAA Final Four game, Hubert Davis and the UNC Tar Heels beat the Duke Blue Devils in New Orleans, ending Coach K’s ledengary career as fans watched from Chapel Hill, Durham and beyond.

Chapel Hill town officials estimate 35,000 to 40,000 people took to the streets.
