What: Charlotte 49ers (11-5-3) vs. No. 1 Wake Forest (15-2-2) in the second round of the NCAA men’s soccer tournament.

Where: Spry Stadium, Winston-Salem.

When: 1 p.m.

Tickets: $5 for adults, $3 for students and seniors 55 and older. Free admission for children 3 and under.

Worth mentioning: Wake Forest, which received a first-round bye, is the top overall seed in the 48-team bracket. ... Charlotte, making its fifth consecutive tournament appearance, advanced to the second round after beating Radford 2-1 Thursday on goals by juniors Luke Waechter and Brandt Bronico. ... The Deacons, the ACC regular-season champions, are led by Jack Harrison, the ACC’s freshman of the year and offensive player of the year. He has eight goals and 11 assists. ... Wake led the ACC in goals (45), assists (43) and shutouts (10). ... This is the 18th meeting between the schools, with the series tied 7-7-3. ... Charlotte won 1-0 at Wake Forest last season on a goal by Bronico. ... Sunday’s match will be broadcast on ESPN3.com.
