Duke adds 3-star center Antonio Vrankovic

With just four returning scholarship players, two incoming recruits and one transfer, the Blue Devils need to add numbers.

Wednesday night, Duke did just that, accepting a commitment from Antonio Vrankovic, a 3-star center from Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Vrankovic, who stands 6-foot-11 and weighs 270 pounds, had one other high major offer, according to 247 Sports: Georgia. He took an unofficial visit to Duke the first weekend of March, and he had not been extended a scholarship offer until his commitment. According to Scout.com analyst Evan Daniels, Vrankovic came onto Duke's radar in late December.
