Wake Forest (8-3) at LSU (7-4)

The Deacons wrap up their nonconference schedule. … Wake Forest has only played Louisiana State once, winning 70-64 in 1981. … The Deacons are coming off a 78-70 loss to then-No. 6 Xavier last Tuesday in the Skip Prosser Classic. … The Tigers began the season ranked 21st in the nation but a 3-3 start knocked them out of The Associated Press Top 25. Since then, LSU has won three straight and four of its past five.

They lost 67-61 at Miami ( Ohio) but won 78-77 at then-No. 15 Miami. … Combined with last season’s 76-73 win at Florida State, Northeastern has won two straight against ACC opponents. … This is N.C. State’s last game outside the ACC. It has won five straight, and seven of eight, since a 2-2 start.
