Florida State (10-5, 0-3) at N.C. State (10-6, 0-3)
PNC Arena, Raleigh, 9 p.m. (WBTV)
One team is going to get its first ACC victory. Freshman guards Dwayne Bacon and Malik Beasley have been Florida State’s best scorers and best players. Their emergence has shifted Xavier Rathan-Mayes, who was a volume scorer last season, to more of a point guard role. N.C. State will have problems matching up with the Seminoles’ perimeter scoring power. The Wolfpack should have an advantage inside against what amounts to a four-guard lineup.
