South Alabama (11-15, 6-9) at Appalachian State (6-19, 4-10)

The Mountaineers, on a five-game losing streak and just a half-game ahead of Troy, are fighting to stay out of the Sun Belt’s cellar. … South Alabama, which beat the Mountaineers 73-60 on Jan. 30, is eighth in the standings, just a half-game back of Georgia State and 1 1/2 games behind Georgia Southern and Arkansas State.
