Boston College is the first team to lose 16 ACC games in a season. The Eagles are trying to avoid becoming the first ACC team to go winless in conference play since Maryland went 0-14 in 1987. Combined with the Eagles’ football team going 0-8 in the ACC, Boston College is on track to become the first ACC team to go winless in football and basketball in the same season.
