Cannon School’s Christian Reeves will play his senior season at Oak Hill (Va.).

Reeves, a 7-foot-1 senior center, made the announcement on his Instagram account Wednesday night.

Reeves has won back-to-back state championships with Cannon and was ranked the No. 20 player in the N.C. class of 2022 by Phenom Hoop Report.

Reeves has college scholarship offers from Boston University, Charlotte, East Carolina, East Tennessee State, Houston Baptist, Lehigh, Minnesota, N.C. A&T, South Carolina, South Florida and Tulsa.

He was expected to be a key piece for a Cannon team that lost 6-5 senior Jarvis Moss (Stanford) and seniors Deuce Rolle, Marques Walker and Elijah Ormiston.

At Oak Hill, Reeves will play with a travel ball teammate, former North Mecklenburg star Jeremy Gregory. Gregory, a 6-foot-8 power forward, announced last week that he was leaving the state; he was the No. 12 ranked player in the N.C. 2022 class by Phenom Hoops.
