Charlotte Latin stays unbeaten after big win, makes big jump in Observer’s Sweet 16 poll
After beating Christ School on Friday, Charlotte Latin improved to 6-0 and made a big jump in the Sweet 16 poll.
The Hawks jumped from No. 12 into the top 10 at No. 7. The top six teams in the poll remain unchanged behind No. 1 Hough and No. 2 Chambers, two nationally ranked teams in the area poll.
One new team is in this week: Marvin Ridge upset previously ranked Porter Ridge and moved into the poll at No. 15.
