Which Charlotte-area players made the Queen City Senior Bowl? Rosters announced

There won’t be a Shrine Bowl this season, but the Queen City Senior Bowl will go on, giving Charlotte-area high school football players a final game in high school.

The game will be played Dec. 18, a Saturday, at 1 p.m at Olympic High School.

The Shrine Bowl was canceled, for the second straight year, due to COVID-19 concerns. The Shrine Bowl annually pits some of the top seniors in North Carolina against their S.C. counterparts. In recent years, as area players elected to go to school early or play in national all-star games, some of the top-tier talent has not played.

The Queen City game features athletes from counties surrounding the immediate Charlotte area.
