‘All-NC’ rankings: No. 1 Weddington, Northern Guilford girls remain, but lots of movement

Here are the latest All-North Carolina boys and girls basketball rankings for the state’s top teams regardless of class.

After a week of conference tournament there were some shakeups in boths pull Northern Guilford’s girls and Weddington’s boys remain in the top spots.
