Weddington lacrosse player Ryan Kazella is the Charlotte Observer boys athlete of the week.
The Warriors’ senior attacker had seven goals and three assists to lead Weddington to a 17-5 win over rival Marvin Ridge March 24.
Kazella, a York College (PA) commit, also had five goals and three assists in a 22-0 win at Parkwood March 21.
