Vote for the Charlotte-area girls volleyball player off to the best start

With the debut of The Observer’s first regular-season volleyball rankings and special weekly volleyball coverage kicking off Tuesday, Sept. 6, we thought we would get an early jump by looking at some of the area’s top performers so far.

We combed through the MaxPreps stats and picked out area players in the top 10 statewide in key categories. Readers can vote on their favorite until Friday, Sept. 2 and the winner will be featured in our first weekly coverage special of the season Sept. 6.

Preseason Volleyball Sweet 16

This was the preseason poll we released earlier this month. Look for the first regular-season poll on Tuesday, Sept. 6 and each week thereafter.
