Here are the NC high school football players of the week for Week 7 of the NC high school football season.

Folger Boaz, East Surry: 29-of-41 for 348 yards, five touchdowns, plus 7 carries for 88 yards in a 41-19 win over Wilkes Central.

Jayden Ferguson, Millbrook: in a 28-6 win over previously unbeaten Heritage, in the NC Eastern game of the week, Ferguson had five tackles, two sacks and three tackles for a loss.

Ben Watson, Newton-Conover: senior linebacker had 24 Tackles (14 solo, 10 assists) with one tackle for a loss, one sack and a fumble recovery in Thursday’s 28-20 win over East Burke.

Dashawn Medley, Hickory: In a 42-28 win over St. Stephens, Medley had five catches for 224 yards and three touchdowns. He had two carries for 78 yards and a score. That’s seven touches 302 yards and four scores in all.

Adriel Miller, Central Cabarrus: senior wide receiver caught seven passes for 197 yards and four touchdowns in a 43-20 win over South Rowan. Miller also had an interception on defense and was named Homecoming King at halftime.
