Colin Bullard is The Charlotte Observer’s high school football defensive player of the week.
After a week-long vote, where more than 64,000 votes were counted, Bullard edged Mallard Creek’s Michael Short. Monroe’s Jordan Young was third.
in a 42-6 win over SouthLake Christian last week, Bullard had 13 tackles, including two sacks and four for a loss.
