Here are girls basketball highlights from a busy Tuesday.

Molly Burns, Ardrey Kell: game-high 21 points in a 67-48 win over Porter Ridge.

Lauren Farrell, Cox Mill: 24 points, 13 rebounds in a 48-35 win over Hough.

Sydney Hayes, Alexander Central: 22 points, eight rebounds, three steals in a 60-41 win over North Iredell

Anastasia Sinclair, South Mecklenburg: 24 points, seven steals in a 76-65 win over West Cabarrus.

Elle Stone, Mallard Creek: 25 points, seven rebounds, four assists, four steals and three blocks in a 52-47 win over Myers Park, No. 10 in The Observer’s Sweet 16 poll. Stone is a sophomore.
