Here are the Midseason All-Charlotte Observer boys and girls basketball teams

With the high school basketball season at its midpoint, we are releasing the mid-year All-Observer boys and girls basketball teams.

The teams were selected by The Observer’s high school sports staff along with “Talking Preps” co-hosts Randall Clark and Rick Lewis. To be considered, players have to play at schools who are members of the N.C. High School Athletic Association or the N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association.

Later this year, in March or April, the 2022-23 All-Observer teams will be released as well as Mr. and Ms. NC Basketball in North Carolina, the state’s longest-running player of the year award.
