Northwest Cabarrus’ RayJay Waters is The Observer/Deer Park offensive player of the week
Northwest Cabarrus running back RayJay Waters is The Charlotte Observer/Deer Park Water high school offensive player of the week.
Waters will receive a trophy from Deer Park for his accomplishment.
In a 63-0 win over South Rowan, Waters ran nine times for 112 yards and four touchdowns. He had a tackle for loss on defense. This was Waters’ second game this season scoring at least three times.
