At 8 p.m. Tuesday, season 8 of The Charlotte Observer’s high school football show, Talking Preps, debuts.

Chris Hughes’ debuts his “Chris’ Big 3” games of the week and breaks down these matchups: Charlotte Latin-Ravenscroft; Cannon-Cardinal Newman; and Trinity Christian-Providence Day.

Finally, on ”Coach vs. Coach,” Gary and Sam Greiner debate high school football transfers, private school NIL and whether Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools should use geography or equity as its reimagines conferences for next season.
