Rocky River’s Jade Bell is The Observer’s girls’ high school athlete of the week

Rocky River freshman Jade Bell is The Observer’s girls’ high school athlete of the week.

A 5-foot-8 wing, Bell scored 20 points, grabbed 14 steals and had four rebounds, three assists and four blocks in a 54-19 win at Independence on Jan. 14.

Bell followed that up with 25 points, six steals, five rebounds and two assists in a 79-41 victory over Garinger on Jan. 17.

Bell averages 13.2 points per game for the Ravens.
