— In 8A, Panther Creek (4-0) joins at No. 3, and Leesville Road (2-1) is in at No. 8.
— Three new teams join the 6A poll: No. 4 Knightdale (4-1), No. 7 Swansboro (2-0) and No. 8 Freedom (1-0).
— There are two new teams in the 3A poll: No. 7 Lincolnton (2-0) and No. 8 Northwood (0-1).
— The 2A poll and 1A polls add one new team each: No. 8 Community School of Davidson (1-0) in 2A, and KIPP Pride (0-0) at No. 8 in 1A.
