Ardrey Kell guard Wes Morgan commits to North Florida

Ardrey Kell junior Wes Morgan committed to North Florida Wednesday night, his coach, Mike Craft, told the Observer.

Morgan, a 6-foot-7 wing, averaged 12 points per game last season and made a school-record 78 3-point shots. He had a school-record nine in a single game against Harding. He had earlier set the school-record with seven against eventual N.C. 4A state champion Charlotte Catholic.

Morgan is the 16th player in school history to accept a college basketball scholarship.
