The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday released surveillance video and photos of a suspect in the Jan. 7 break-in at Greg Biffle’s Lake Norman home.

The NASCAR diriver was killed with his wife, their two children and three others in a Dec. 18 plane crash at the Statesville Regional Airport.

Their home was broken into around 11 p.m., according to a sheriff’s office news release.

The suspect spent “an extended amount of time inside the home” and stole $30,000 in cash, NASCAR memorabilia and two Glock handguns, sheriff’s officials said.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call the sheriff’s criminal investigations division at 704-878-3180.
