Vikings end Carolina Panthers home win streak
While the Minnesota Vikings offense wasn’t especially potent Sunday, it was efficient enough to end the Carolina Panthers’ 14-game home winning streak with a 22-10 victory.
Much of that efficiency came from Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph, who finished the game with seven catches for 70 yards and the team’s only offensive touchdown.
Rudolph’s touchdown pushed Minnesota past Carolina for the first time all game, a 15-yard toe-tap in the third quarter.
He stopped himself in midair and reached back over a Panthers defender to give the Vikings a lead they would never relinquish.
