We’ve all probably had that one moment when we tried to give someone a high five only to be left standing there when they don’t see our hand up in the air.

Well, it happened to one Carolina Panthers fan Saturday night. And naturally, it was caught on video.

The moment happened with about six minutes left during the second quarter of the Panthers’ exhibition game against the Miami Dolphins at Bank of America Stadium.

A man clad in a Panthers jersey is standing between two men who slapped hands after a play. But by the time he turns to join in, the fan to his right has put his attention back on the field.

It didn’t take long for the video to start making the rounds online, including on Reddit, CBS Sports and USAToday’s For the Win sports site.

And Panthers team officials even noticed, tweeting an SOS to try to find the fan.

It’s OK, man. We’ve all been there.
