Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen is finding creative ways to stay in shape this offseason.
The tight end worked out with Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s pit crew at the Hendrick Motorsports campus Tuesday.
The No. 88 team took the Panthers’ No. 88 through over-the-wall pit practice, letting Olsen try out being a NASCAR jackman and tire changer, and workout drills.
"I think the biggest thing through the entire day and the entire experience was just how hard these guys work," Olsen said in a video posted by Hendrick Motorsports.
"I give these guys a lot of credit. What they do is hard and if you're not used to it, it catches you a little bit off guard."
Olsen has stayed busy since Super Bowl 50 doing charitable work and trying his hand at comedy. He’s also taken in some basketball and played at the Wells Fargo Championship pro-am tournament last week with a little help from caddie Luke Kuechly.
