Three Carolina Panthers to watch in Monday’s practice in Spartanburg:

38 Charlotte’s own Jalen Simmons had a nice run during drills on Saturday. “Scoot” could use another good day at running back.

82 The Panthers claimed Marcus Lucas on waivers in the offseason and really like him. The No. 3 tight end spot is open for competition.

27 Robert McClain got his hand on a pass in practice Sunday. He’s playing both at corner and safety in an attempt to show his versatility.
