South Meck High swim teams honors Panthers with a dance
The South Meck High swim teams are big fans of the Carolina Panthers.
Several members of the two teams recently took a photo while dabbing, the popular dance that has become synonymous with the Panthers in the way “The Super Bowl Shuffle” video defined the Chicago Bears title run 20 years ago.
The Sabres boys, the defending state champions, recently won their SoMeck 8 conference championship. Both boys and girls teams will compete in the N.C. 4A Western Regionals Friday and Saturday in Huntersville.
