Cuba will play Guatemala and Mexico will face Trinidad & Tobago in a Gold Cup group-stage doubleheader July 15 at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium.
The Cuba-Guatemala match, scheduled for 6 p.m., features a Guatemalan team that finished second in the 2014 Central American Football Union Cup. This is the third time Mexico, which faces Trinidad & Tobago at 8:30 p.m., has played in Charlotte. The two previous matches were in the 2011 Gold Cup and in a friendly against Iceland in 2010.
