Observer, Sportsmanias enter into content partnership

The Observer is entering into an online partnership with Sportsmanias, a national website that feeds fans’ passions about college and professional sports teams.

Sportsmanias will feature the Observer’s content on the Carolina Panthers, the Charlotte Hornets, and college teams in the ACC and SEC as well as the Charlotte 49ers and Davidson Wildcats, through its website and on Twitter.

Sportsmanias website offers team-specific pages from across the country.

“We hope this partnership will increase the reach of our content within the Charlotte market and nationally,” executive sports editor Michael Persinger said. “There are some exciting coverage possibilities we can explore with a fast-growing company like Sportsmanias. We look forward to getting started.”
