Watch out Peyton and Eli; the Davis boys of Aledo are piling up titles

Growing up on a ranch in Aledo, Dillon Davis wanted to be just like his brothers.

They helped their dad work the cattle. They excelled at every sport they played.

And all three Davis boys won state titles as seniors for Aledo.

Now, Dillon is determined to continue that legacy as quarterback of the No. 1 Bearcats.

“I definitely feel some pressure,” he says. “There’s one open spot for one more state championship picture on the wall. If I need a little motivation, I just look over there.”

Davis took the field Friday against Colleyville Heritage, a team quarterbacked by his friend and San Diego State QB commit Cam Roane.

With almost 80 points scored, it was an epic battle -- one that plays out in this week’s episode of Titletown, TX.
