Social media, Jon Gruden approve of Carolina Panthers taking Christian McCaffrey in NFL draft
Once Leonard Fournette was off the NFL draft board, it was probably no surprise that the Carolina Panthers selected Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey with the No. 8 pick in the NFL draft.
“I love this pick,” ESPN’s Jon Gruden exclaimed moments after Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis announced the selection on national television.
Social media seemed to love it, too.
